About USThe Pettis County Community Health Center is a county department financed by local taxes and contracts with the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services. It receives state and federal reimbursement moneys for some programs. It is governed by a Board of Trustees elected by the citizens of Pettis County. The Board meetings are open to the public, and are held the first Thursday of every month at 5:15 pm.A fee ordinance permits the Health Center to provide services on a sliding scale fee based on household income. Services provided by the Pettis County Health Center are by appointment. Same day appointments are often available. This arrangement permits us to provide the most service in the most efficient way. It is the policy of the Pettis County Health
Center to
provide equal services to all applicants without regard to race, color,
religion, sex, age, national origin, political belief, veteran status,
and physical or mental disability. Mission

health needs of the county and to the greatest degree possible, provide
